Jamie’s Dreams
The Jamie’s Dreams Program’s purpose is to provide assistance and/or make contributions to or on the behalf of qualifying individuals who are handicapped, disabled, terminally ill, severely injured or suffering from a serious medical condition, disease, or trauma. Our mission is to uplift spirits and create lasting memories by turning personal dreams into reality—whether it is meeting a hero, traveling to a special destination, attending a memorable event, or experiencing a lifelong passion. We believe every individual deserves moments of happiness, inspiration, and emotional healing regardless of their circumstances.
Full Hearts, Full Plates
The Full Hearts, Full Plates Program supports our families facing food insecurity with diabetic friendly foods, allergy friendly foods, and/or medically necessary foods. Families caring for medically fragile or disabled children are disproportionately affected by food insecurity due to the significant financial burdens associated with medical care, therapies, specialized equipment, transportation, and reduced work opportunities for caregivers. Many parents are forced to reduce work hours or leave employment entirely to provide full-time care for their child, making it difficult to consistently afford nutritious food. At the same time, medically fragile children often require specialized diets, nutritional supplements, or carefully managed meals that can further increase household expenses. Food insecurity places additional stress on families already facing extraordinary challenges and can negatively affect both physical health and emotional well-being.
With this program we have the capacity to help those with emergency food needs, and we are able to assist Active Duty Military families with immediate grocery support.
Nick’s Play
Nick’s Play supports families who have a disabled, ill, or injured family member with funding to sign up their children for youth sports programs. Families facing serious medical challenges often experience significant financial strain, making extracurricular activities difficult to afford. Siblings of medically fragile children can also experience emotional stress, isolation, and reduced opportunities for normal childhood experiences due to caregiving demands within the family. Access to sports programs gives these children a healthy outlet, emotional support, social connection, and a sense of stability during difficult circumstances.
Peace Of Mind Project
The Peace Of Mind Project supplies families with much needed safety equipment for children with medical, cognitive, or developmental conditions. Families caring for profoundly Autistic or other high level support needs children often face unique and ongoing safety challenges within the home. Many children with severe Autism are at high risk for wandering, self-injury, sleep disturbances, and difficulty recognizing dangerous situations. Specialized safety equipment such as enclosed safety beds, door alarms, window alarms, and home monitoring systems can be essential tools for protecting these children and providing peace of mind for caregivers. However, the cost of this equipment is often far beyond what many families can afford, especially when combined with medical, therapy, and caregiving expenses.
Home For Healing
The Home for Healing Program provides housing accommodations for families receiving treatment and/or in the hospital. We have families who may need short-term housing and families who may need support for longer. Our dream is to one day to be able to buy an apartment complex to be able to house families here locally while their family member is hospitalized or receiving treatment.
We also have helped supply furniture, household essentials, and stabilization support to families experiencing crisis, trauma, medical hardship, or housing insecurity. Many families caring for disabled, medically fragile, or terminally ill children face overwhelming financial and emotional strain that can make it difficult to maintain a safe, stable, and functional home environment. Access to basic necessities such as beds, dressers, kitchen supplies, and other household items can significantly improve a family’s quality of life during times of hardship. By helping families create stable and comfortable living spaces, the program supports both physical and emotional well-being while reducing stress and promoting long-term stability for children and caregivers alike.
Welcome With Love
The Welcome With Love Project exists to gently support newborns and infants entering the world during times of hardship. We provide essential baby items, comfort resources, and thoughtful care packages to ensure every baby is welcomed with warmth, dignity, and love—no matter the circumstances. We believe every baby deserves a beautiful beginning. Through compassion and community, we help families feel supported from the very first moments, creating a foundation of safety, stability, and hope for both baby and caregiver.
Christmas To Remember
A Christmas to Remember is a seasonal program created to bring the magic and joy of the holiday season to children facing serious illness, as well as their siblings. The program recognizes that during times of medical hardship, trauma, or crisis, the holidays can feel overwhelming for families—and steps in to provide relief, hope, and moments of joy.
This is a one-time support program, designed to ensure families who may otherwise go without are still able to experience the wonder of Christmas.
Courage To Dream
The Courage to Dream Disney Experience is a signature program of Jamie’s Dream Team designed to provide a once-in-a-lifetime Disney experience for families and their children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This program exists to encourage families to step beyond limitations and fear, provide a safe space where children can simply be children, and offer joy, connection, and memory-making without therapies, restrictions, or expectations.
Everyday Needs Initiative
The Everyday Needs Initiative is committed to supporting individuals and families by helping meet essential day-to-day needs during times of hardship. Through community support this program provides assistance with clothing, shoes, school supplies, household necessities, hygiene items, and other basic essentials that promote stability, dignity, and well-being. Our mission is to ease financial burdens, strengthen families, and ensure that children and adults have access to the resources they need to thrive in everyday life.
Bridge Of Hope
Our Bridge Of Hope Program can provide both physical assistance and financial support to help individuals rebuild stability, recover emotionally, and regain independence after hardship, trauma, or illness. This Survivor’s Program can assist with: emergency housing, counseling referrals and funding, transportation assistance, accessibility equipment, home modifications, recreational healing activities, prescription assistance, grocery support, etc. It is our mission to make sure survivors have the support they need after overcoming their battles.
