You could just fill out the form on the contact page and send us their name and information, but we would love to know more. You can be part of “Jamie’s Dream Team??? and help us fulfill the dream. The first step for you was to read our website! Next, think of someone you know that is in need of a dream. (Please we know there are vast numbers of people in need of a dream – but we can only help those that fit certain criteria – people of all ages who are suffering from serious illness, injury, disability or trauma).
